Nik works as a Microboards Facilitator with a specialised focus on supporting people with complex communication needs. Nik is Neurodivergent and tics. They are a non-binary person with big smile and a huge focus on supporting people in ways that matter to them, their identity, their experiences from a historical, personal and brain and body lens.

Nik loves to read, climb, paint and make music.
